I’m trying to get a job and will be reporting via the W-2 tax. When I work personally, I’ve used other tax reporting forms, but i am curious about what W-2 means and how company report my taxes. I want to know when I can receive the form at work.
W-2 is a tax-included form that the company must provide to employees at the end of the year. Taxes have already been withheld and your company will ensure that employees receive the W-2 form before January 31st of each year. By the way, the base date of W-2 is from January 1st to December 31st every year.
